Coming SoonAbout Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are injectable gel-like substances used in minimally invasive procedures to create immediate, natural looking results that last from 3–18 months.
As we age, our skin loses elasticity, fat under the skin depletes, our bony skeleton depletes and due to the effects of gravity we develop an ageing process which can severely affect our confidence. This is more common in women due to decreasing oestrogen levels from the late 30s.
Dermal fillers reverse the effects of ageing by filling the areas that have depleted, providing support and creating a youthful look. When used to restore what has been lost, natural results are achieved.
All dermal fillers used are FDA approved, being biocompatible and biodegradable while stimulating the body’s natural collagen production to restore deep tissue structure, increase volume and smooth wrinkles.
Treatment involves the application of a set volume of dermal filler over a few months to achieve the desired natural result.
Side effects: Side effects are common including tenderness, swelling and bruising which last from 1–2 weeks and a very small amount of bleeding during the procedure.
